MEI was selected by LHL Group to transform an old cow shed into a cutting-edge car wash facility for a prominent car leasing company. This project required a full mechanical and electrical (M&E) overhaul to bring the facility up to modern standards, creating a functional, efficient, and energy-conscious space.

Our scope of work encompassed the design and installation of comprehensive power distribution systems, efficient lighting, and small power solutions to ensure a seamless and fully operational space. We worked closely with LHL Group to optimize energy use and maintain the highest standards of functionality and safety.

A key highlight of the project was the installation of multiple fast electric vehicle (EV) chargers. These chargers support the growing demand for sustainable transport solutions and reflect our commitment to advancing green technologies. As an NICEIC-accredited company and an approved contractor for electric vehicle charger installations, we ensured that all installations met the latest safety standards and compliance regulations.
