MEI was entrusted with the complete overhaul of the electrical and mechanical systems for Damaged Society, a prominent retail client located within a busy shopping centre. This project required a tailored, high-performance approach to ensure the space met the operational needs of the business while adhering to stringent safety, security, and environmental standards.

Our first step was to design and install a new exposed containment system, which was specifically chosen to house all new power and lighting circuits. This system not only provides a safe and accessible infrastructure but also ensures that future maintenance and modifications can be easily carried out. The installation of the containment system laid the foundation for an efficient and organized electrical setup, integral to the day-to-day operations of the retail space.

For the lighting system, we carefully selected fixtures that would enhance both the functionality and ambiance of the retail environment. The installation of CCTV cameras further enhanced the security of the space, offering round-the-clock surveillance to protect both the merchandise and the staff. To complete the security package, we installed a robust intruder alarm system, ensuring the retail unit was fully protected from unauthorized access.
